The Raw Cone Cutter was designed with you in mind! Based off a cigar cutter, the geniuses at Raw decided they were sick of re-lighting a not so tasty joint. Enter the Cone Cutter, this modified design is perfect for paper and will trim the tip and leave you with a perfect, flavourful jay. The sharp 80-degree blades will slice off the burnt end (cutting 4mm back from ash is recommended) but can also be used as an extinguisher (same rules apply). There's also a built-in poker that's flush mounted for an even more satisfying sesh.
